Exstock Items: You can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 business days after you
receive our delivery notification email.
Customised Items: Depending on items and quantity, the delivery time may vary from 5 to 9
business days after you received our delivery notification email.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. All delivery times quoted
are estimated times and are subject to inventory availability. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed,
and we are not liable for any delay or failure to supply the goods where this is due to circumstances
beyond our reasonable control; e.g. severe weather conditions, fire, accidents, war or civil disturbance,
strike, any form of Government action, failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery
address, notify us of any change of address or to be present to receive the delivery. Any and all costs of
redelivery is to be borne by you.
If inventory is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we expect the items
ordered to come into stock. You can then let us know whether you would like to wait or if you would like
to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us.
Delivery Fee
Free delivery will be provided with purchase above $200 excluding 7% GST. Any item weights more than
25kg and/or dimension exceeding 50cm x 50cm x 15cm will be subject to a $50 delivery fee. $15 will be
appliable for delivery below $200 with item weights lesser than 25kg and/or measured lesser than
49cm x 49cm x 14cm.
